Submission Guidelines

Photographs must be sent digitally – that is via email – to designsbykiya@gmail.com

Please send a copy of the original photograph to email. Do not send original as we are not responsible for it once used for your design.

Specify exactly what kind of new background/style you wish for your digitally-enhanced photograph, and we will do our best to cater to your needs. Most backgrounds used are purchased from reputable designers and artists with permission or licenses.

If you are unsure of what you want, our designer(s) are willing to work with you to get the ideal design for your needs.

Finished photographs are sent back to you in the following file formats: PDF, PNG, and JPEG with a 300dpi resolution suitable for printing.

Maximum size for finished images is 3000x3000pixels. This all depends on the size of the original photograph sent. Smaller photographs will have smaller page sizes etc.

Make sure photographs sent are clear enough for use. It should also be of high resolution (300dpi) and not blurred.

Depending on how much work is required per project, finished products should be delivered between 2 – 3 business days.For longer projects, a time frame will be given at designer’s discretion.

Full payment must be received before work begins.

There will be a maximum of three edits until product is to your satisfaction.

Please note that once completed photograph and files have been delivered, we do not keep additional copies in our files.

There is a 10% off charge for first time customers.

International customers should send payment via Paypal, while customers in Nigeria should do a Bank Transfer (bank information will be provided via email).
